Depending on furnace type the waste gas systems are the combination of different components each providing different tasks (reversing the Air and waste gas flow, control pressure, waste gas draught).
In the regenerative furnace the exhaust system is made by the Air/gas reversal device, the damper valve and the ejector system. In the recuperative and oxygen furnace the exhaust systems, depending on waste duct configuration, is made of air jet damper or by damper valve.
All systems are engineered for the specific task and designed to operate under heavy duty conditions during the entire life of the furnace.
