And can hold hot air temperatures of 500°C, 650° or up to 800°C depending on recuperator technology and furnace application.
The main body of the burners is realized in special steel with cylindrical outer casing lined internally with refractory material resistant to high temperature. The fuel is injected by means of suitable adjustable lance in the center of the cylinder in order to have a concentric flow of fuel and air which reduces the mixing of air and fuel thus enhancing the flame luminosity, minimizing the excess of air and the creation of NOx.
These burners can be used both with gaseous fuels (NG, LPG, Propane) or liquid fuels (HFO, LFO or Diesel) and can be tailored to any application.
The whole burner assembly is provided of fixing with adjustable position, air and fuel hoses and isolating valves. The rear side of the burner can be dismantled for maintenance operations while the fuel lance is provided of quick fixings for easy installation and withdrawal.
These burners are available in different sizes in order to fit most of applications and furnace models.
