Gas/Air

This family of burners is suitable for underport application into regenerative furnaces. They are designed to fire NG, LPG or propane at low gas supply pressure and are available in different size in order to fit any kind of application.

The flame generated can be adjusted in length and mixing velocity and is extremely luminous thus enhancing the heat radiation effect of the flame to the glass. The Gas supply is separated into two independent gas streams so as to generate a fully adjustable Jet and Shroud patterns into the flame. Thanks to this characteristic the burners can be easily fitted with any kind of furnace geometry finding always the optimal working conditions.

The two gas streams can be adjusted manually but, as alternative option, the same can be remote controlled into the gas regulating system which can be provided of separate control of the two gas lines. This means that the operator can interact directly with the flame geometry finding the most effective heating conditions at any furnace load.

The high degree of flame coverage of the glass bath together with the high luminosity and the low maximum flame temperature means low NOx characteristics of these burners that can be used both for new applications or retrofitting.

The burner system is integrated with its sealing system (air cooled or water cooled) which enable to avoid the dangerous suction of parasite air into the furnace.

The burner support bracket is fully adjustable in all directions making the fixing of the burner with the related block easy and accurate with safe and quick withdrawal for maintenance of backup operations.

Oil/Air

This family of burners is designed to fire HFO, LFO or Diesel Oil and are available in different size in order to fit any kind of application.

The nozzle design ensure high degree of pulverization of the fuel with possibility to adjust the flame length thus ensuring a high flame coverage of the glass bath and low emission of NOx.

The whole nozzle assembly design is conceived in order to maximize the spraying, minimize the maintenance, easy replacement and extended lifespan. The spraying system can be done with compressed air or other alternative fluids.
