This damper valve is manually actuated and used as rough draft control in the exhaust duct before the chimney

The purpose is to provide an offset pressure value inside the tank while the small pressure adjustments will be then regulated by the draught regulating system.

This valve is realized with the main structure in cast iron of big thickness with vertical installation and anchored in concrete cast ceiling.

The operating temperature is up to 700°C and the valve adjustment is carried out via manual winch or electric motor with manual on/off.

The vertical position is indicated in order to evaluate the valve Opening/closing percentage.

The valve is designed in order to fit with any kind and size of waste ducts for furnaces from 50 tpd up to 350 tpd.

The main features are:

  • High temperature resistant material
  • Extended lifespan
  • High reliability
  • Easy maintenance
